Our 60 Day Return Policy

At Unique Pearl, we stand behind our products and our service and you, our customer. We are very confident that our fine pearls will meet and exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us for a full refund or exchange. You will receive 100% of your purchase price excluding original shipping charges (if any where charged).

Returning Your Order

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):

1. Your Authorization Code: Contact Customer Service (contact us page) and request a Return Authorization Code. Print the Return Form, and fill it out completely. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the return form and on the outside of the shipping box.  
2. Package Your Return: Returns need to be carefully packed and we recommend the original shipping boxes if possible. Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal and invoice. For security reasons, do not write "jewelry" or any other related words on the outside of the package.  
3. Insure Your Package: For your protection against loss during shipping, please make sure to insure your return package (with the FedEx, UPS or USPS) for the full value of the product and retain the tracking number for your records. Send your package to:

4. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).  
5. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.  
  • The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Number must accompany the returned item.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and unaltered in any way. Items damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
  • Shipping and handling charges are refunded.
  • Items received damaged must be notified within 3 days of receipt to our offices for Return Authorization Number and instructions for the return.
