South Sea Pearl

The South Sea Pearl is the largest type of pearl found today. They are harvested in the South Seas around Australia. They are bright white with a beautiful luster.

South Sea Pearls range in price according to their size, cleanliness, and luster. Since they are natural pearls they are much harder to find completely round and clean which makes them more expensive.

These pearls are used in jewelry and make beautiful pendants, tin-cups, and earrings. They are also used in the larger strands.
